The Commission on the National Defense Strategy is tasked by statute with reviewing the 2022 National Defense Strategy of the United States (unclassified version).  The Strategy was written by the Department of Defense and released on October 27, 2022, along with the Nuclear Posture Review and the Missile Defense Review.
